TO ENTER: You can enter the Sweepstakes via the Internet.  You must complete and submit the entry form.   To be eligible, all required Entry Information must be completed in full. Transmit Entry Information by clicking on the "Submit Entry" button. Upon submission of the Entry Information, entrant will be given one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Limit one entry per person and/or household per day.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are determined by the number of qualified entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of U.S, 18 years or older. All employees, their immediate families and household members of and any of their affiliated companies, are not eligible to win a prize in this sweepstakes. Kerona Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, and in any such event, winner will be selected from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. No responsibility is assumed for technical, hardware, software or telephone failure of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the promotion. Kerona Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the promotion.  Every Internet Entry must be manually key stroked and manually entered by the individual participant and repetitive automated electronic submission of Internet Entries (including but not limited to Internet Entries submitted using any bot, script, macro, or sweepstakes service) is specifically disallowed and will be disqualified.

PRIZE DETAILS: Winner will receive the featured prize.. No prize substitution or cash redemption by winner permitted. Prize is not transferable. Kerona Inc reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.

DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZE: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from the aggregate of all qualified entries.   The first name drawn will be considered for the Prize if the information supplied during entry is valid and according to the rules.

WINNERS:  The random drawing will be conducted on or about the 31st of the month of December 2009. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entrant will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email address at the time of entry. Judges' decisions are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. Prize winner will be notified by mail or email and may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release to be returned within 14 days of sent date notice or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Allow 3-6 weeks for shipment of prize to winner. Taxes are responsibility of winners. After drawing date, entrants can request name of winner by sending an email to service@2000freebies.com with subject line of sweepstakes winner request.
